We’re Yidid and Sahilly — the proud owners of WEST VALLEY COUNTERTOPS LLC, a family-owned Arizona countertops company serving Phoenix metro area, rooted in passion, precision, and perseverance. Our story began long before we opened our doors officially in 2021.

Meet Yidid:The Hands Behind the Handwork.

With over a decade of experience in countertop fabrication and installation, Yidid built his career working for some of the top companies in the industry, as well as respected small businesses throughout the Valley. From large-scale commercial projects to custom residential work, his craftsmanship quickly gained a reputation for quality and reliability.

It wasn’t long before customers began requesting him by name. Former supervisors and colleagues often told him, “You should be running your own company.” And eventually, he did. In 2021, he took a leap of faith — leaving corporate America behind to pursue our dream: building a locally-owned business that puts excellence above everything else.

West Valley Countertops has never paid for advertising or search engine optimization. This entire growth has been powered by the people who believe in them — friends, neighbors, family, colleagues, and customers who refer West Valley Countertops simply because they know the level of quality they deliver. For them, word of mouth is the greatest honor and the best marketing strategy.

What drives Yidid today is the same discipline and drive that took him from a small-town overseas to a professional baseball player signed by the Seattle Mariners decades ago at just 16 years old. Raised by a hard-working father and a stay-at-home mother, those values of commitment and integrity are at the core of everything they do — in business and in life.

Yidid is a proud husband to Sahilly, and together, they raise two beautiful children. But Sahilly is more than a partner in life — she’s the heart behind the business. Let us tell you more about her next.

Sahilly is not just Yidid’s wife — she’s his soulmate, the brain, heart, and inspiration behind everything they do. While Yidid is the eyes, hands, and face of the business, Sahilly brings the soul. Her passion for design, detail, and purpose shapes the way they approach every project.

Having lived in the West Valley, East Valley, and Central Phoenix, Sahilly has a deep understanding of Arizona’s diverse architectural styles. She knows that a home’s energy flows from its details — and that one of the most important spaces in any home is the kitchen. It’s where families gather, meals are made, coffee is brewed, pastries are baked, pictures are taken, and memories are created.

She understands that beauty and functionality aren’t separate — they’re partners. For Sahilly, countertops aren’t just about aesthetics. As a business owner and real estate investor herself, Sahilly also brings a sharp eye for value. Sahilly’s background spans corporate America, hospitality in Caribbean destinations, and international wedding planning, supported by a Bachelor's in Business Administration, a Master in Business, certifications and continued education in personal and professional growth and development.
